Packages are usually shipped within 48 hours* after receipt of your payment.
The standard shipping method is COLISSIMO delivered against signature.
Regardless of the shipping method chosen, and as soon as the package is ready, a link with your shipping number will be sent to you by e-mail to the registration address provided when you register on Samples de luxe, which will allow you to track the delivery of your package online.
Shipping costs include packaging, handling and postage.
They can contain a fixed part and a variable part depending on the price or weight of your order.
We advise you to group your purchases into a single order.
We cannot combine two separate orders and you will have to pay the shipping costs for each of them.
Your package is insured at 100% of its value in case of breakage or theft during transport. We ship to France, Europe and around the world.
Upon receipt of your package, the carrier asks you for a signature, as proof of good reception and proof of its good condition.
If not, notify us so that we can reorganize a new shipment.
In case of absence, a notice of passage will be deposited in your mailbox, in order to be able to pick up your package in your post office.
