Shizuoka prologue

This box represents the Shizuoka distillery which launched its first bottle in late 2020.

Prologue K was distilled in the last remaining alambic of the famous Karuizawa with more than 50% Japanese barley malt.

Prologue W has been distilled in an alambic with wood fire

Prologue W and K were bottled after 3 years of ageing in bourbon barrel at a similar degree of 55.5%
